According to statistics, the first day of Canton Fair admission exceeded 350,000 people. Meanwhile, the Canton Fair online platform was opened, with total of 141 online functions optimized to provide convenience for interactive communication and trade transactions for customers and merchants. This year's Canton Fair is the first time to be held offline after the new crown epidemic. Through this Canton Fair, customers can understand the needs of overseas customers more precisely and clearly. Other countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Oman have relatively low levels of renewable energy generation. Nevertheless, their market share expects to grow significantly as projects are planned and more renewable energy is deployed. Between 2021 and 2025, MENA plan to deploy 30 battery energy storage projects with 653 MW/3,382 MWh. Battery storage systems expect to jump from 7% to 45% of MENA's energy storage market share by 2025.
Wang Shouwen, international trade negotiator of the Ministry of Commerce, toured the first session of the Canton Fair and participated in the research.
